The wind increased when Mané Garcia made the kick off in the second half. When Mané Garcia came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the AC PerFecT fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mané Garcia couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Haroldo Hermes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Váldson da Rocha. That made the score 0-2 in the 63 minute of play. Raphael Duarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Romário de Brito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Haroldo Hermes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute Luís Guilherme Arruda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Váldson da Rocha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 78 played minutes AC PerFecT got a freekick which was hit by Tiaguinho Ribeiro. Haroldo Hermes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. In the 98th match minute, AC PerFecT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emílio Duarte to maneuver through the defense. If Marcinho Quaresma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lagunita's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
