Álvaro Velasco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Erasmo Monteiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Álvaro Velasco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 17th minute, Khalis Sea reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Erasmo Monteiro. The goal made the score 1-0. From close distance Álvaro Velasco pressed in the 2-0 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 20 minutes into the game. Khalis Sea was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 23rd minute. Tuparetama FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After having played for 32 minutes, Álvaro Velasco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tuparetama FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Álvaro Velasco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Erasmo Monteiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Tuparetama FC's Ramiro da Silveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arí Gaúcho in the 55th minute of play. A collision led to Ibera F.C. getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Adhemar Paraíba hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Álvaro Velasco in the 57th minute of play forced Ibera F.C.'s goalkeeper Erasmo Monteiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Ibera F.C.'s Valério Ramalho got a free kick in the 58th minute. Waldir Messias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro da Silveira having to interfere. Erasmo Monteiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Khalis Sea, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Marcinho de Andrade hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. João Gonçalves struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Erasmo Monteiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tuparetama FC. After having played for 81 minutes, Álvaro Velasco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tuparetama FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Álvaro Velasco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Álvaro Velasco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erasmo Monteiro was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Erasmo Monteiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Álvaro Velasco in the 87th minute of the match. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tuparetama FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. If Arí Gaúcho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Tuparetama FC had played much better football throughout.
