The referee ignored In-Toxicante's protests and gave Andrézinho Maciel a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to In-Toxicante getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Andrézinho Maciel hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in In-Toxicante's zone, Roberto Vergílio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. André Luís Donato came out of the goal and Roberto Vergílio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 20 minutes into the match, Roberto Vergílio notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of In-Toxicante's André Luís Donato. André Luís Donato was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rodolfo Baiano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sandro Arruda in the 24th minute. Sandro Arruda's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 25thth minute, Rodolfo Baiano skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 29th minute Bebeto da Silveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolfo Baiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diego Freitas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sandro Arruda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rodolfo Baiano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, In-Toxicante's Sandro Arruda sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rodolfo Baiano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandro Arruda in the 93rd minute of play forced Quingo AD's goalkeeper Rodolfo Baiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 97th minute, Sandro Arruda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. In-Toxicante fully deserved thier win.
