The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Erik Baptista was a little too slow when Rafa Lago got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 3-0. 32 minutes into the match, Regiss Fc's goalkeeper Erik Baptista had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henrique Peixoto. Afonso Negri struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Erik Baptista didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Golo Golo. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Henrique Peixoto in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erik Baptista saved Regiss Fc from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afonso Negri in the 45th minute of play forced Regiss Fc's goalkeeper Erik Baptista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jeferson Hoffmann stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Erik Baptista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afonso Negri in the 74th minute of play. Erik Baptista didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Henrique Peixoto went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Henrique Peixoto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Erik Baptista having to make a save. Henrique Peixoto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erik Baptista having to interfere. Afonso Negri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erik Baptista having to interfere. Golo Golo's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
