Lucas Mangueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Danas Ratkūnas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Richard da Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Fanáticus Futebol Clube's Richard da Costa got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Danas Ratkūnas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Recife, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Rafael Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Belmiro Passos managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when Ceres AD's Murillo Fernandez fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.

Pedrão Perez kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. A collision led to Ceres AD getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Zula Mochadlo hit a great ball. In the 57th minute, Luís Paulo Ferreira fired a really elegant long shot, but Danas Ratkūnas threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Ceres AD's Danas Ratkūnas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Mangueira in the 59th minute of play. Wanderson Branco hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Ceres AD's Danas Ratkūnas got control of the ball when Gustavo Recife tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 79th match minute, Fanáticus Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Paulo Ferreira to maneuver through the defense. 87 minutes into the match, Fanáticus Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Murillo Fernandez came free, but Belmiro Passos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fanáticus Futebol Clube were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
