Spectators: 5007 (Terracing: 4007, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Caio Félix took the kick off in the first half of the match. Real Cruz's Juan Corrêa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 贺延夕 in the 6th minute of play. After 6 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Real Cruz! Juan Corrêa came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Ipoeira's Caio Félix. But to his dismay, Caio Félix quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If 贺延夕 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Real Cruz defense, Waldemar Massa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juan Corrêa. The Real Cruz fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juan Corrêa should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Real Cruz's Rui Martins got a free kick in the 20th minute. Cristóvão Saldanha missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 22 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Juan Corrêa right hand side. Cristóvão Saldanha, 24 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Juan Corrêa came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ipoeira's Waldemar Massa. But to his dismay, Waldemar Massa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Eliseu Prata might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Juan Corrêa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eliseu Prata ran back to his position shaking his head. 37 minutes in the game, Eliseu Prata dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Juan Corrêa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseu Prata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlos Augusto Nóbregas short, quick shot in the 41stth minute got Durval Furtado to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseu Prata in the 44th minute of play forced Real Cruz's goalkeeper Juan Corrêa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 45 minutes, Cristóvão Saldanha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ipoeira and the Real Cruz players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Carlos Augusto Nóbrega came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Real Cruz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Augusto Nóbrega couldn't finish the play.

The wind increased when Carlos Augusto Nóbrega made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge do Valle in the 55th minute of play forced Ipoeira's goalkeeper Durval Furtado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute, Jorge do Valle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Juan Corrêa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseu Prata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The attack was good, but when Eliseu Prata in the 67th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Juan Corrêa made an important save on a dangerous shot by 贺延夕 in the 69th minute. The audience was convinced that Carlos Augusto Nóbrega's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Durval Furtado was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when 贺延夕 got free with Juan Corrêa in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Real Cruz defense, 贺延夕 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juan Corrêa. The Real Cruz fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juan Corrêa should have stopped the shot. In the 88th match minute, Ipoeira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waldemar Massa to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Ipoeira getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Duarte Dracena hit a great ball. When Erasmo Pinho came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Real Cruz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erasmo Pinho couldn't finish the play.
