Ian Mandrak hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Téo da Rocha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Téo da Rocha's late challenge caught a Laranja Mecânica FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Téo da Rocha helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Carauari's Téo da Rocha got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 11thth minute of the game Téo da Rocha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Laranja Mecânica FC's Wincent Plaski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Samuel Mendes took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wincent Plaski. Wincent Plaski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Laranja Mecânica FC's Wincent Plaski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuel Mendes in the 19th minute of play. If Téo da Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute, Adalberto Maia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Samuel Mendes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carauari's supporters rose to their feet, but Samuel Mendes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wincent Plaski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Téo da Rocha in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wincent Plaski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 36th minute, Matheus Oliveira made a precise shot to the right of Wincent Plaski. Laranja Mecânica FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Téo da Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Wincent Plaski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the game, Carauari's Téo da Rocha nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wincent Plaski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. The audience was convinced that Téo da Rocha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wincent Plaski was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Samuel Mendes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Samuel Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wincent Plaski having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Téo da Rocha to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Samuel Mendes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carauari's supporters rose to their feet, but Samuel Mendes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wincent Plaski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Laranja Mecânica FC's Wincent Plaski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Laranja Mecânica FC from getting a goal against them. Wincent Plaski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Téo da Rocha in the 62nd minute of play. Téo da Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Wincent Plaski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Samuel Mendes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wincent Plaski was out of position in the 68 minute of play, and Téo da Rocha capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Téo da Rocha really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Wincent Plaski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Téo da Rocha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 79 minutes, Samuel Mendes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carauari's supporters crossed their fingers, but Samuel Mendes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 81 played minutes Carauari got a freekick which was hit by Rafa Correia. Wincent Plaski made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Samuel Mendes sent off a good shot on target. Samuel Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wincent Plaski having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Bernardo Vargas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Laranja Mecânica FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Carauari were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
