Diamantis Lapidus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Falcão Bezerra in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Falcão Bezerra made a precise shot to the right of Diamantis Lapidus. Real AIK FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Murillo da Silva's late challenge caught a Real AIK FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Murillo da Silva helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Capoeirao SS's Murillo da Silva got a free kick in the 26th minute. Capoeirao SS's Dráuzio Sabóia got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 31st minute Dráuzio Sabóia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diamantis Lapidus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Real AIK FC's Diamantis Lapidus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Falcão Bezerra in the 32nd minute of play. Diamantis Lapidus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dráuzio Sabóia, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. When Dráuzio Sabóia came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Capoeirao SS fans jumped to their feet. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Serginho Zanette to make the kick off. Diamantis Lapidus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Murillo da Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Capoeirao SS to win.
