Cícero Madureira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atilano Rainerio in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Emílio Freitas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 15 played minutes Poeirama FC got a freekick which was hit by Emílio Freitas. In the 20th minute Hélio Silveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evandro Torres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Luis-Antonio Ochagavia fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Super onze alize's protests and gave Luis-Antonio Ochagavia a yellow card for diving instead. After 21 played minutes Super onze alize got a freekick which was hit by Luis-Antonio Ochagavia. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hélio Silveira in the 23rd minute of play forced Super onze alize's goalkeeper Evandro Torres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 41 minutes, Kléberson Baiano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Poeirama FC and the Super onze alize players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Super onze alize booed when Poeirama FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kléberson Baiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kléberson Baiano in the 43rd minute of play forced Super onze alize's goalkeeper Evandro Torres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Poeirama FC's Cícero Madureira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atilano Rainerio in the 46th minute of play. In the 48th minute, Atilano Rainerio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cícero Madureira was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Hélio Silveira made the kick off in the second half. In the 60th match minute, Super onze alize was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magno Meirelles to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Kléberson Baiano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Evandro Torres. That made the score 5-1 in the 63 minute of play. A hard shot 71 in the game by Kléberson Baiano from a close distance when the talented Evandro Torres managed to make a qualified save. Super onze alize's players were relieved. 76 minutes into the match, Super onze alize's goal looked a bit too open when Hélio Silveira came free, but Evandro Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kléberson Baiano was shown his second yellow card after 77 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 81 played minutes Super onze alize got a freekick which was hit by Lino Messias. When Super onze alize's Atilano Rainerio in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Marco Reis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Cícero Madureira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Super onze alize's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
