Alexandre Abraão's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Raimundo Valadares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Daniel Andrițoiu put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Raimundo Valadares. For all the effort they put into the match, the Barrigudinha Seleida players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Caruaru City.
