In the 20th minute, Saara EC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Nilson Bueno fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Luís Fabiano Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Recai Şenyurt in the 22nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luís Paulo Schmidt during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 23 played minutes Los Míticos FC got a freekick which was hit by Luís Paulo Schmidt. After some careless play in the Los Míticos FC defense, Sergio Oliveiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luís Fabiano Amorim. The Los Míticos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luís Fabiano Amorim should have stopped the shot. Sergio Oliveiro struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Luís Fabiano Amorim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saara EC. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luís Paulo Schmidt made a kick off. In the 56th minute, Luís Guilherme Aguiar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Luís Fabiano Amorim. The goal made the score 0-5. Thanks to some nice moves Recai Şenyurt could shoot a difficult shot in the 64th minute, which Luís Fabiano Amorim however easily saved by the left post. Recai Şenyurt had several of the Los Míticos FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 67 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-6 score and a disappointed Luís Fabiano Amorim as he didn't even see the shot coming. After a defensive mix-up in Los Míticos FC's zone, Naldo Moreira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luís Fabiano Amorim came out of the goal and Naldo Moreira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 72 minutes into the match, Luís Guilherme Aguiar notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Los Míticos FC's Luís Fabiano Amorim. Luís Fabiano Amorim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Recai Şenyurt struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Saara EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sergio Oliveiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
