After a defensive mix-up in Lucuri SC's zone, Savin Félix stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cláudio Brito came out of the goal and Savin Félix tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alfredinho Tróia kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Cláudio Brito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilton Mandrak in the 88th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Lucuri SC were awarded a corner. Magno Chaves went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Magno Chaves got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Válbson Bittencourt quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bento Assis in the 94th minute of play forced Lucuri SC's goalkeeper Cláudio Brito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Frazao were the better team. Frazao's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
