Cláudio Brito dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Vinícius Hoffmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josué da Mata in the 9th minute of play. With a little luck, Tasso F.C.'s Vinícius Hoffmann got control of the ball when Tião de Amaral tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 15th minute, Lucuri SC's Alfredinho Tróia ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vinícius Hoffmann. Vinícius Hoffmann yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 18th minute, but Vinícius Hoffmann got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Tasso F.C. hanging dry this time. After having played for 21 minutes, Josué da Mata managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lucuri SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Josué da Mata was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tião de Amaral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th match minute, Lucuri SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remo Lima to maneuver through the defense. When Tião de Amaral, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 29 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Vinícius Hoffmann was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. With a little luck, Tasso F.C.'s Vinícius Hoffmann got control of the ball when Tião de Amaral tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vinícius Hoffmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josué da Mata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tasso F.C.'s goalkeeper couldn't reach when Josué da Mata 37 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-1. In the 41st minute, Josué da Mata fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 42 minutes into the match, Josué da Mata dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Vinícius Hoffmann, 4-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tião de Amaral got free with Vinícius Hoffmann in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Horácio Torres stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vinícius Hoffmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josué da Mata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Josué da Mata in the 57th minute of play forced Tasso F.C.'s goalkeeper Vinícius Hoffmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Josué da Mata struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Vinícius Hoffmann didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lucuri SC. Josué da Mata received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Vinícius Hoffmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Josué da Mata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinícius Hoffmann having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Josué da Mata in the 69th minute of play forced Tasso F.C.'s goalkeeper Vinícius Hoffmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 72 minutes, Josué da Mata managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vinícius Hoffmann prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tião de Amaral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Vinícius Hoffmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 88th play minutes Tião de Amaral shot 6-1, a short shot which went by Vinícius Hoffmann and just under the crossbar into goal. After a rather tough play, Tasso F.C.'s Horácio Torres got a free kick in the 93rd minute. When the referee ended the match the Lucuri SC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
