Geraldo Chaves helped the player get up and apologised. After a defensive mix-up in Weeds Dope & Football's zone, Alexandre Pato stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nelsinho Coelho came out of the goal and Alexandre Pato tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Weeds Dope & Football's Leonel do Nascimento got a free kick in the 25th minute. A collision led to Weeds Dope & Football getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Geraldo Chaves hit a great ball. Alexandre Pato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Nelsinho Coelho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. CRAC Football Club's Gijs Rijkaard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Branco in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Amadeu Pires hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Weeds Dope & Football's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
