Fausto Lima hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Gilson Miranda received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Orlando do Valle's late challenge caught a Zebelizinho SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Orlando do Valle helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Bancos's Orlando do Valle got a free kick in the 31st minute. Gilson Miranda who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Augusto Garcia when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 33 minutes, Gilson Miranda made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Bancos's Augusto Garcia tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 40 minutes into the game, Zebelizinho SC's Gilson Miranda nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Augusto Garcia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. After some careless play in the Bancos defense, Gilson Miranda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Augusto Garcia. The Bancos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Augusto Garcia should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Bancos's Juarês Terra got a free kick in the 48th minute.

The wind increased when Gilson Miranda made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gilson Miranda in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Augusto Garcia saved Bancos from getting behind. In the 56thth minute of the game Gilson Miranda who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bancos's Augusto Garcia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Augusto Garcia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gilson Miranda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience was convinced that Gilson Miranda's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Augusto Garcia was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. If Fausto Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Augusto Garcia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilson Miranda, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 92 minutes into the game, Juarês Terra was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. If Gilson Miranda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
