Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Real Capixaba EC's zone, Kléber de Sena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vinícius Marinho came out of the goal and Kléber de Sena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ronaldinho Marques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Vinícius Marinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, CA Curiau's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredão Nogueira came free, but Afonso Saraiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute Manoel Terra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afonso Saraiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 19 played minutes Real Capixaba EC got a freekick which was hit by Alfredão Nogueira. In the 20th minute, Marcel Baiano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Victor Dante fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Capixaba EC's protests and gave Victor Dante a yellow card for diving instead. Victor Dante hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Belmiro Gomes lost his temper 24 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Belmiro Gomes kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Luizinho Breckenfeld missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 26 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Vinícius Marinho right hand side. Vinícius Marinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kléber de Sena in the 28th minute of the match. Kléber de Sena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Vinícius Marinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juarês Vergílio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinícius Marinho having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kléber de Sena in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vinícius Marinho saved Real Capixaba EC from getting behind. After having played for 36 minutes, Ronaldinho Marques managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CA Curiau's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ronaldinho Marques was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 38 minutes into the game, Kléber de Sena recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vinícius Marinho. Kléber de Sena showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Kléber de Sena put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Vinícius Marinho. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Vinícius Marinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kléber de Sena in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Real Capixaba EC's goalkeeper Vinícius Marinho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 56 minutes into the game, Breno Luz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real Capixaba EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CA Curiau the free kick. When Marcel Baiano came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the CA Curiau fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcel Baiano couldn't finish the play. Victor Dante kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. The supporters of CA Curiau booed when Real Capixaba EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Breno Luz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Real Capixaba EC's Vinícius Marinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kléber de Sena in the 64th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, CA Curiau's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz da Mata came free, but Afonso Saraiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Real Capixaba EC defense, Juarês Vergílio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vinícius Marinho. The Real Capixaba EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vinícius Marinho should have stopped the shot. The CA Curiau fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when CA Curiau's Kléber de Sena looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 86th minute, Luiz Fabiano de Toledo made a precise shot to the right of Vinícius Marinho. Real Capixaba EC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. After 92 minutes, Arnaldo Vale mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Capixaba EC and the CA Curiau players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 92nd minute, Arnaldo Vale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vinícius Marinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodriguinho Ceresso in the 94th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. CA Curiau fully deserved thier win.
