Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Arnaldo Donato made the kick off and thus started the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 4th minute of the game. One of Gesteira:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of SEEHAGEN FC:s goal. In the 5th minute there was a penalty for SEEHAGEN FC. Luiz Gustavo Godoi stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Adolfo Freitas. 0-1. Arnaldo Donato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Rodrigo Pernambucano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rodrigo Pernambucano was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Gonçalo Veiga. In the 34th minute Beto Trevisan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Freitas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 44 minutes, Cléber Linares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gesteira's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cléber Linares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 47 played minutes, Gesteira's Gonçalo Veiga shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rodrigo Pernambucano came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gesteira reached it.

The supporters of SEEHAGEN FC booed when Gesteira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudinho de Lara didn't get a good kick on the ball. 65 minutes into the game, Arnaldo Donato cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Rodrigo Pernambucano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arnaldo Donato sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Arnaldo Donato had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gesteira's defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when Roger Mazza scored to the left of an out of position Adolfo Freitas, making the score, 2-2. Gesteira's Adolfo Freitas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beto Trevisan in the 80th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Arnaldo Donato got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rodrigo Pernambucano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Donato in the 88th minute of play. Roger Mazza's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Adolfo Freitas firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a rather tough play, Gesteira's Nilton Freire got a free kick in the 91st minute. SEEHAGEN FC were awarded a corner in the 94th minute after Gesteira's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luiz Gustavo Godoi took the corner. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
