Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) A collision led to Benvenuto getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Allan do Vale hit a great ball. In the 27th minute Cristóvão Mello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inácio Pereira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, Benvenuto's Fernandinho Messias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Giovani Furlan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. When Benvenuto's Tadeu Cordeiro in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gremio Imortal Tricolor's goalie prevented a goal. Giovani Furlan was a little too slow when Tadeu Cordeiro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristóvão Mello to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Mané Xavier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tadeu Cordeiro struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Giovani Furlan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Benvenuto. Giovani Furlan came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Benvenuto's Fernandinho Messias. But to his dismay, Fernandinho Messias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Mané Xavier kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 70th minute of the match Tadeu Cordeiro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Giovani Furlan skillfully saved the ball. Frederico Veigas short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got Inácio Pereira to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Tadeu Cordeiro took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Giovani Furlan. Giovani Furlan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. The supporters of Benvenuto booed when Gremio Imortal Tricolor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Váldson Catarinense didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Tadeu Cordeiro came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Benvenuto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tadeu Cordeiro couldn't finish the play.
