Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Aílton Amorim made the kick off which started today's match. A collision led to Lacre getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. João Adolfo Pirani hit a great ball. João Adolfo Pirani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Cristóvão Arantes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Marcos Freire III's Fernando Faria got a free kick in the 6th minute. After 7 played minutes, Lacre's Alexsandro Arantes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cristóvão Arantes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lacre reached it. Cristóvão Arantes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aílton Amorim in the 8th minute of play. Marcos Freire III's defense didn't have a chance, in the 10th minute, when João Adolfo Pirani scored to the left of an out of position Cristóvão Arantes, making the score, 1-0. João Adolfo Pirani came free with the goalkeeper in the 13th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Cristóvão Arantes could save by the left post. In the 19th minute, João Adolfo Pirani ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cristóvão Arantes was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 23 minutes into the match, Lacre's goal looked a bit too open when Hamílton Coelho came free, but Luís Eduardo Cordeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Hamílton Coelho notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Lacre's Luís Eduardo Cordeiro. Luís Eduardo Cordeiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Lacre booed when Marcos Freire III was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Faria didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was beautiful to see Lacre's Alexsandro Arantes in action when he in the 29th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Cristóvão Arantes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aílton Amorim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Aílton Amorim kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cristóvão Arantes. That made the score 3-1 in the 32 minute of play. Hamílton Coelho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cristóvão Arantes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enio de Azevedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcos Freire III's Vivaldo Travassos got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Marcos Freire III defense, João Adolfo Pirani kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristóvão Arantes. The Marcos Freire III fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristóvão Arantes should have stopped the shot. In the 47th minute, Vivaldo Travassos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hamílton Coelho made a kick off. Luís Eduardo Cordeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hamílton Coelho, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Hamílton Coelho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marcos Freire III's supporters rose to their feet, but Hamílton Coelho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luís Eduardo Cordeiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vivaldo Travassos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 56 minutes into the game, Valério Penha was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lacre's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Marcos Freire III the free kick. In the 57th minute, Valério Penha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hamílton Coelho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 63 played minutes Lacre got a freekick which was hit by Manoel Cardoso. In the 65thth minute of the game Hamílton Coelho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lacre's Luís Eduardo Cordeiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 69th minute, João Adolfo Pirani left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lacre fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Cristóvão Arantes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enio de Azevedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 80 played minutes Lacre got a freekick which was hit by Sílvio Luiz Perez. 82 minutes into the game, Nildo Nunes lined in a short shot 5-2 behind a frustrated Luís Eduardo Cordeiro. The supporters of Marcos Freire III booed when Lacre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enio de Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Marcos Freire III players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Lacre.
