If Luiz Eduardo Tepedino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Ezequiel Pernambucano managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when Euriapolis SC's Tony Quaresma fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 36 minutes, Diego Madureira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Murgo and the Euriapolis SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Luiz Eduardo Tepedinos short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Tibúrcio Fernandez to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Luiz Eduardo Tepedino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Tibúrcio Fernandez made a huge save. Luiz Eduardo Tepedino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Euriapolis SC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
