Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Nilmar Zanette made the kick off which started today's match. After 3 minutes, Genílson da Costa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Catakeamain SC and the Tubarão players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 4th minute, Genílson da Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lenílson Donato made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Saldanha in the 6th minute of play. When Tubarão's Nitiwut Jaruansuk in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Catakeamain SC's goalie prevented a goal. After 17 minutes, Nitiwut Jaruansuk made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Catakeamain SC's Lenílson Donato tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 20th minute of the match Luiz Fabiano Valadares sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lenílson Donato skillfully saved the ball. Lenílson Donato showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nitiwut Jaruansuk, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After 28 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Catakeamain SC! Tubarão's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dênis Tepedino in the 30th minute. If Ricardo Saldanha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nitiwut Jaruansuk in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lenílson Donato prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Catakeamain SC were furious when Carlos Augusto Leme was red carded, 38 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Dênis Tepedino shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Lenílson Donato stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ricardo Saldanha's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nitiwut Jaruansuk made a kick off. Catakeamain SC's Alexsandro Palmeira got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alexsandro Palmeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Kunlachat Intasara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 53rd minute, Wiliam Soares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Catakeamain SC's Igor Lira got a free kick in the 55th minute. Dênis Tepedino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lenílson Donato read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Nitiwut Jaruansuk notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Catakeamain SC's Lenílson Donato. With his leg Lenílson Donato managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when Tubarão's Nitiwut Jaruansuk fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Nitiwut Jaruansuk in the 78thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lenílson Donato, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Edgar Mesquita charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edgar Mesquita the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Catakeamain SC booed when Tubarão was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgar Mesquita didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luiz Fabiano Valadares's late challenge caught a Catakeamain SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luiz Fabiano Valadares helped the player get up and apologised. After 87 played minutes Tubarão got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Fabiano Valadares. Alexsandro Palmeira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 89th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kunlachat Intasara. Tubarão's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, Catakeamain SC's goalkeeper Lenílson Donato had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nitiwut Jaruansuk.
