Nico Lopes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nico Lopes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Mendes, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Nico Lopes made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Erik Barbosa sent off a good shot on target. If Erik Barbosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Morcegos F.C's Nico Lopes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Morcegos F.C from getting a goal against them. Diego Mendes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 40 minutes into the match, Erik Barbosa notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Morcegos F.C's Nico Lopes. Nico Lopes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Fellipe Queiroz fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Morcegos F.C's protests and gave Fellipe Queiroz a yellow card for diving instead. When the match had been going on for 45 minutes, Moraes EC's Dida Ramos got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Nico Lopes. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

53 minutes into the match, Morcegos F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Barbosa came free, but Nico Lopes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erik Barbosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nico Lopes having to interfere. After some careless play in the Moraes EC defense, Betinho Hoffmann kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Otávio Baptista. The Moraes EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Otávio Baptista should have stopped the shot. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Moraes EC's goalkeeper Otávio Baptista, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 71st match minute, Morcegos F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrick Mazza to maneuver through the defense. 72 minutes into the game, Erik Barbosa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Nico Lopes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Diego Mendes came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Moraes EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diego Mendes couldn't finish the play. Nico Lopes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Barbosa in the 83rd minute of play. Diego Mendes scored 6-1 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nico Lopes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nico Lopes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinei Catarinense in the 88th minute of play. Dinei Catarinense kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Betinho Hoffmann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Betinho Hoffmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Moraes EC had played much better football throughout.
