Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Célio Falcão made the kick off which started today's match. When Guto Arruda came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Naraniu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guto Arruda couldn't finish the play. Juarês Figueiredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diogo de Azevedo in the 7th minute of play. Guto Arruda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Juarês Figueiredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nilmar Esteves succeeded in the game's 11th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guto Arruda in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juarês Figueiredo saved Marabitana from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Marabitana's zone, Diogo de Azevedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juarês Figueiredo came out of the goal and Diogo de Azevedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 24 minutes, Guto Arruda made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Marabitana's Juarês Figueiredo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 28th minute, Diogo de Azevedo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juarês Figueiredo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Naraniu's Diogo de Azevedo got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Guto Arruda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40thth minute of the game Guto Arruda who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marabitana's Juarês Figueiredo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Diogo de Azevedo took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Juarês Figueiredo. Juarês Figueiredo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Serafim Hoffmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Guto Arruda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Juarês Figueiredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Naraniu were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Guto Arruda stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marabitana's Juarês Figueiredo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guto Arruda in the 51st minute of play. Juarês Figueiredo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guto Arruda's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. In the 54th minute of the match, Guto Arruda tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Juarês Figueiredo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The supporters of Marabitana booed when Naraniu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nilmar Esteves didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Célio Falcão managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marabitana's supporters rose to their feet, but Célio Falcão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fiori Figueiredo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Guto Arruda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juarês Figueiredo having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Marabitana's Flavinho Brodel got a free kick in the 73rd minute. 78 minutes in the game, Guto Arruda fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Juarês Figueiredo having to interfere. A collision led to Marabitana getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Benjamin Valle hit a great ball. Juarês Figueiredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guto Arruda in the 86th minute of play. Juarês Figueiredo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Diogo de Azevedo in the 87th minute. Diogo de Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juarês Figueiredo having to interfere. The Marabitana fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Naraniu were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
