Túlio Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdomiro Barbosa in the 11th minute of play. Silas Rodrigues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vítor Koehler in the 14th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rui Massa during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Suvakeira FC booed when Pereiro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rui Massa didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Suvakeira FC's goal looked a bit too open when Erivaldo Guimarães came free, but Túlio Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Rui Massa was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 22 minutes had been played. In the 23rd minute, Rui Massa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th minute, Suvakeira FC's Vítor Koehler ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Silas Rodrigues. Silas Rodrigues yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 30th minute Samuca da Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silas Rodrigues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valdomiro Barbosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Túlio Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Erivaldo Guimarães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Suvakeira FC's goalkeeper Túlio Santos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Valdomiro Barbosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Túlio Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 45 minutes, Erivaldo Guimarães managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pereiro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erivaldo Guimarães was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Túlio Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdomiro Barbosa in the 48th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vítor Koehler made a kick off. Túlio Santos made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Valdomiro Barbosa sent off a good shot on target. Baltazar Barral was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 58 minutes into the match. After 57 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Pereiro! The referee gave Suvakeira FC a penalty, 60 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Samuca da Costa, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Pereiro's Silas Rodrigues. 2-0. 63 minutes into the match, Erivaldo Guimarães had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Túlio Santos. Suvakeira FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erivaldo Guimarães was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. With his leg Túlio Santos managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when Pereiro's Ismael Porto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Pereiro booed when Suvakeira FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tales da Rocha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erasmo Toscano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 72 minutes into the match, Pereiro's Ismael Porto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Túlio Santos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Silas Rodrigues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sandro Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vítor Koehler in the 76th minute of play forced Pereiro's goalkeeper Silas Rodrigues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silas Rodrigues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vítor Koehler in the 77th minute of play. Túlio Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erivaldo Guimarães in the 85th minute of the match. Ismael Porto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Túlio Santos made a huge save. When Pereiro's Erivaldo Guimarães in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
