Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edgard Brodel in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Francisco Beti prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Edgard Brodel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Váldson Mangueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdomiro Mendonça in the 12th minute of the match. World Of Brisas's Francisco Beti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save World Of Brisas from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Afonsinho Félix managed to get in a good position for a shot. World Of Brisas's supporters rose to their feet, but Afonsinho Félix was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Váldson Mangueira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tiago Gabriel Barreto's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Francisco Beti firmly grabbed it by the left post. Francisco Beti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bebeto Rosado, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. World Of Brisas's Francisco Beti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Brodel in the 28th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Giovanni Palmeira in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Váldson Mangueira saved Carumbe SS from getting behind. A collision led to World Of Brisas getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Valdomiro Mendonça hit a great ball. Bebeto Rosado hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. The supporters of World Of Brisas booed when Carumbe SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renatinho Valadares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When Romeu Magalhães fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored World Of Brisas's protests and gave Romeu Magalhães a yellow card for diving instead. In the 53rd match minute, World Of Brisas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romeu Magalhães to maneuver through the defense. 56 minutes into the game, Luiz Guilherme Cearense cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Francisco Beti was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Carumbe SS's Váldson Mangueira got control of the ball when Giovanni Palmeira tried to sneak it across the goal line. World Of Brisas's Osmar Ferraz suffered a fractured collar bone after 62 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 62 minutes, Luiz Guilherme Cearense mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carumbe SS and the World Of Brisas players grew even worse after the yellow card. World Of Brisas made a substitution. Wilian Gaspar replaced Osmar Ferraz. In the 63rd minute, Luiz Guilherme Cearense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Carumbe SS fans cheered their team off the field, for while World Of Brisas had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
