After 25 played minutes Nödt Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Víktor Fantini. Antonio Nicolo came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Fortuna's Narciso Gilen. But to his dismay, Narciso Gilen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Nödt Football Club's Luiz Fabiano Saraiva got a free kick in the 44th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Víktor Fantini to strike the kick off in the second half. Antonio Nicolo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 71st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Juvenal Salgado.
