In the 34th match minute, Sport Club Indumetal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Almeida to maneuver through the defense. David de Toledo kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Erasmo Neves blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oscar Vander having to make a save. The supporters of Bandelocos booed when Sport Club Indumetal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sidnei Couto didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Oscar Vander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Brasil in the 53rd minute of play. Joosep Kaasik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Vander having to interfere. Bandelocos's Joosep Kaasik got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Jaime Brasil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Bandelocos players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
