Spectators: 6664 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jeferson Paes took the kick off in the first half of the match. Andrey Fedotov took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rui Marques. Rui Marques dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 7 minutes, Jeferson Paes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cambuquira EC and the Lapela SS players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jeferson Paes hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Andrey Fedotov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Rui Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rui Marques came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Lapela SS's Andrey Fedotov. But to his dismay, Andrey Fedotov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Falcão Andrade recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rui Marques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrey Fedotov, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. When Andrey Fedotov came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Lapela SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andrey Fedotov couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andrey Fedotov in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rui Marques prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Andrey Fedotov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Rui Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Wilian Rosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cambuquira EC's Rui Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrey Fedotov in the 41st minute of play. Rui Marques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrey Fedotov in the 43rd minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, Cido Brodel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cambuquira EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lapela SS the free kick. Jeferson Paes got his second yellow card in the match during the 46th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Cambuquira EC's Jeferson Paes got a free kick in the 47th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Wilian Rosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Rui Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wiliam dos Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abel Corrêa in the 58th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Cambuquira EC's Evaristo Gaúcho got a free kick in the 60th minute. Andrey Fedotov who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Rui Marques when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 63rd minute Kléber de Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Noel Branco struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Wiliam dos Santos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cambuquira EC. Toninho Vianna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th minute of the match, Andrey Fedotov got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rui Marques was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Rui Marques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kléber de Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andrey Fedotov succeeded in the game's 85th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. Toninho Vianna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wiliam dos Santos having to interfere. 93 minutes in the game, Andrey Fedotov fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Rui Marques having to interfere. In the 96th minute of the match, Andrey Fedotov got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rui Marques was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Lapela SS's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
