Spectators: 7067 (Terracing: 5300, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 100) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Dieguinho Carneiro made the kick off which started today's match. Isaltino Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gugu Ceresso in the 3rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Egídio Araújo got free with Glauco Miranda in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Imortalss's Gabriel Correia got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Ghetto United defense, Gabriel Correia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Isaltino Lima. The Ghetto United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Isaltino Lima should have stopped the shot. In the 15th minute, Gabriel Correia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isaltino Lima was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Isaltino Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Correia in the 21st minute of play. Egídio Araújo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Glauco Miranda made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dieguinho Carneiro in the 32nd minute of play forced Imortalss's goalkeeper Glauco Miranda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the game, Imortalss's Ediberto Moreno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Isaltino Lima made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. After having played for 37 minutes, Gabriel Correia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Imortalss's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gabriel Correia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Ghetto United's zone, Gabriel Correia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isaltino Lima came out of the goal and Gabriel Correia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edgar Rezende received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Isaltino Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gabriel Correia struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Isaltino Lima didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Imortalss. In the 48th minute, Gabriel Correia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isaltino Lima was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gabriel Correia was the one to do the kick off. Simão Lara kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Edgar Rezende struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Isaltino Lima didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Imortalss. Gabriel Correia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Isaltino Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Isaltino Lima managed to avoid a goal in the 60thth minute, when Imortalss's Gabriel Correia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 69 minutes into the match, Imortalss's Júlio Palmeira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Isaltino Lima narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Ediberto Moreno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luiz Fábio Silveira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gugu Ceresso got free with Isaltino Lima in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 77th minute, Gabriel Correia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 79th minute by Gabriel Correia got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 81st minute Edgar Rezende shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaltino Lima saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 82 played minutes Imortalss got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Rezende. Imortalss's Gabriel Correia got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gabriel Correia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Isaltino Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ediberto Moreno was extremely unlucky when he, in the 98th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Imortalss played a much better game than Ghetto United and deserved their victory. The Ghetto United players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
