Unicórnio:s Chicão Gonçalves showed great skill when he stopped Galeno do Valle:s penalty. Galeno do Valle scored 0-3 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Chicão Gonçalves, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 68th minute Denver Gibbs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Leão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Luiz Teixeira in the 73rd minute of play forced Unicórnio's goalkeeper Chicão Gonçalves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
