Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Christiano Munhoz started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dino Loureiro in the 3rd minute of play forced Mercedes's goalkeeper Valério Pirani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ulysses Pirani in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valério Pirani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Valério Pirani came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Porteira's Dino Loureiro. But to his dismay, Dino Loureiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 25th minute, Cristiano Mazza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Mercedes defense, Dino Loureiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valério Pirani. The Mercedes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valério Pirani should have stopped the shot. Valério Pirani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Mazza in the 30th minute of play. The supporters of Mercedes booed when Porteira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dino Loureiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christiano Munhoz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Ulysses Pirani fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Porteira's protests and gave Ulysses Pirani a yellow card for diving instead. In the 36th match minute, Porteira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulysses Pirani to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roberto de Almeida during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 37th minute, Roberto de Almeida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Mercedes players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Porteira were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Cristiano Mazza made the kick off in the second half. Cristiano Mazza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 54 minutes into the game, Porteira's Dino Loureiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Valério Pirani made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. 57 minutes into the game, Cristiano Mazza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Valério Pirani was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cristiano Mazza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Valério Pirani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristiano Mazza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valério Pirani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Mazza, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Mercedes's zone, Cristiano Mazza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valério Pirani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dino Loureiro in the 74th minute of the match. Porteira's Dino Loureiro came free and shot a quick shot against goal 75 minutes in the game, fortunately Valério Pirani had problems saving as it came toward the left post. 77 minutes into the game, Cristiano Mazza recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Valério Pirani. Cristiano Mazza showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. Christiano Munhoz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aleandro Vieira having to interfere. After having played for 82 minutes, Cristiano Mazza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Porteira's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristiano Mazza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dino Martins kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Cristiano Mazza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
