Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alfredinho Valadares kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the match, Dogelo SS's goalkeeper Augusto Hoffmann had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lauro Guimarães. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. José Vítor Siqueira kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Lauro Guimarães got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 11th minute, Renatinho Travassos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Augusto Hoffmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Vander, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After 14 played minutes Dogelo SS got a freekick which was hit by Perivaldo Salles. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lauro Guimarães got free with Augusto Hoffmann in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Claudinei Monteiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredinho Valadares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfredinho Valadares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudinei Monteiro having to interfere. Alfredinho Valadares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Claudinei Monteiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st match minute, Dogelo SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arí Terra to maneuver through the defense. 32 minutes into the game, Lauro Guimarães cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Augusto Hoffmann was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lauro Guimarães sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alex Vander to strike the kick off in the second half. When Lauro Guimarães came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Ternura fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lauro Guimarães couldn't finish the play. After having played for 62 minutes, Alex Vander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ternura's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alex Vander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 64th minute Lauro Guimarães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Hoffmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alex Vander scored 2-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Augusto Hoffmann, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lauro Guimarães sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Lauro Guimarães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Dogelo SS getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. José Vítor Siqueira hit a great ball. The audience cheered when Evandro Cabral's long shot passed Augusto Hoffmann's right side. It was 3-0, 76 minutes into the match. Lauro Guimarães sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alex Vander in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Augusto Hoffmann saved Dogelo SS from getting behind. Augusto Hoffmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Vander, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Lauro Guimarães's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Augusto Hoffmann read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Dogelo SS's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Vander came free, but Augusto Hoffmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute Marcelo Alves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Hoffmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dogelo SS's Augusto Hoffmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Vander in the 97th minute of play. Ternura walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
