Spectators: 7184 (Terracing: 5390, Seating: 1652, VIP seats: 142) Marcinho Tavares started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Luiz Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Guerra having to interfere. João Pedro Paraibano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 5th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ricardo Guerra. Fábrica de Gols's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Afonsinho Castro kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afonsinho Aparecido in the 9th minute of play forced Fábrica de Gols's goalkeeper Ricardo Guerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Afonsinho Aparecido received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Ricardo Guerra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Fábrica de Gols's Marcinho Tavares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Armando Barbosa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ricardo Guerra came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Urubici's Luiz Santos. But to his dismay, Luiz Santos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Afonsinho Aparecido recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Santos in the 26th minute of play forced Fábrica de Gols's goalkeeper Ricardo Guerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 29 minutes, Rafinha Massa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fábrica de Gols and the Urubici players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fábrica de Gols's goalkeeper Ricardo Guerra, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fábrica de Gols's Ricardo Guerra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Santos in the 36th minute of play. When Luiz Santos came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Urubici fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luiz Santos couldn't finish the play. Afonsinho Aparecido received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Ricardo Guerra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 49 minutes into the game, Afonsinho Aparecido cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Ricardo Guerra was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Afonsinho Aparecido made a kick off. In the 56th minute, Afonsinho Aparecido got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luiz Santos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ricardo Guerra having to make a save. In the 58th match minute, Fábrica de Gols was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexsandro Zanette to maneuver through the defense. Luiz Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Afonsinho Aparecido received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ricardo Guerra came out and tried to block the shot, but Afonsinho Aparecido slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 65th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Fábrica de Gols's zone, Afonsinho Aparecido stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardo Guerra came out of the goal and Afonsinho Aparecido tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ricardo Guerra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Afonsinho Aparecido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Urubici booed when Fábrica de Gols was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Urbano didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 76th minute of the game. One of Fábrica de Gols:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Urubici:s goal. If Luiz Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Afonsinho Aparecido in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ricardo Guerra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 90th minute, one of Fábrica de Gols:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Fábrica de Gols. The referee gave Urubici a penalty, 91 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by João Pedro Paraibano, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Fábrica de Gols's Ricardo Guerra. 0-6. Elder Dionísio charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elder Dionísio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 94 played minutes Urubici got a freekick which was hit by Elder Dionísio. Armando Barbosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Fábio Paraense in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Urubici left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Fábrica de Gols.
