In the 79th match minute, Frecheirinha AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Narciso Cruz to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulo Renato Arruda in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claudinei Toscano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 81 minutes, Décio Bueno managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RIVER DA INGLATERA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Décio Bueno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 6-2 when Paulo Renato Arruda sped through Frecheirinha AD's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Claudinei Toscano. RIVER DA INGLATERA's Serginho Corrêa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramón Mandrak in the 86th minute of play. After 87 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for RIVER DA INGLATERA! Edinho Pontes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Serginho Corrêa made a huge save.
