The referee showed Dito Paiva the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Carlos Fernando Peixoto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Massacration's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Fernando Peixoto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luiz da Costa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pedro Luís Faustino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Chaves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The wind increased when Luiz Chaves made the kick off in the second half. Luciano Eger might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Luís Faustino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luciano Eger ran back to his position shaking his head. If Cássio das Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luiz da Costa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Fernando Peixoto, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in 4kFC's zone, Lucas Abraão stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luiz da Costa came out of the goal and Lucas Abraão tried to chip the ball over his head. The referee ignored 4kFC's protests and gave Cássio de Souza a yellow card for diving instead. In the 92nd minute, Cássio de Souza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Massacration were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of 4kFC for a fine match.
