Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fausto FC's Gláuber Salles proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Fausto FC from getting a goal against them. Matías Garcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Gláuber Salles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Caribas's Ian Freitas got a free kick in the 17th minute. After 18 minutes, Vitinho Nogueira made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Caribas's Samuca Ferraz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 21 minutes into the game, Matías Garcia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Gláuber Salles was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Matías Garcia succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-1 in the 29th playminute. Patrício Rosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vitinho Nogueira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Samuca Ferraz having to make a save. After having played for 41 minutes, Régis da Cunha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fausto FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Régis da Cunha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Fausto FC fans' excitement grew in the 46th match minute when Fausto FC's Vitinho Nogueira looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When Pedro Capixaba fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fausto FC's protests and gave Pedro Capixaba a yellow card for diving instead. 53 minutes into the game, one of Fausto FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 56th minute Patrício Rosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gláuber Salles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vitinho Nogueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Samuca Ferraz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Caribas's Samuca Ferraz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitinho Nogueira in the 61st minute of play. Samuca Ferraz didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 63rd minute, which inside left pole to 3-3. 66 minutes into the match, Caribas's goal looked a bit too open when Vitinho Nogueira came free, but Samuca Ferraz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gláuber Salles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrício Rosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Alexsandro Vides hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the match, Caribas's goalkeeper Samuca Ferraz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vitinho Nogueira. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Matías Garcia in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gláuber Salles prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Matías Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caribas's supporters rose to their feet, but Matías Garcia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gláuber Salles breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Caribas's Samuca Ferraz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitinho Nogueira in the 81st minute of play. If Vitinho Nogueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Régis da Cunha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Samuca Ferraz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Fausto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Patrício Rosa came free, but Gláuber Salles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vitinho Nogueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
