The Tataguacu EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlos Augusto Ortiz should have stopped the shot. José Carlos Urbano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando de Almeida in the 58th minute of the match. José Carlos Urbano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clemente Ortiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 68th minute, Luís Fernando Leite reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Carlos Augusto Ortiz. The goal made the score 0-4. After a rather tough play, Tataguacu EC's Clemente Ortiz got a free kick in the 86th minute. Clemente Ortiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Carlos Urbano having to interfere. When the match was over Beneficente SS could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tataguacu EC throughout the match.
