Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nilmar Salles got the match started through his kick off. If Hélio Prata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 8 minutes into the match, Nilmar Salles dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Moisés Godoi, 1-0. Elias de Souza kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. After having played for 16 minutes, Hélio Prata managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barigui's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hélio Prata was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alexandre Tróia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Moisés Godoi made a huge save. Moisés Godoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nilmar Salles in the 20th minute of the match. If Aloísio Queirós had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Moisés Godoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nilmar Salles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute, Hélio Prata got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Aloísio Queirós managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barigui's supporters rose to their feet, but Aloísio Queirós was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Duda Guerra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Hélio Prata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexandre Tróia in the 43rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Moisés Godoi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aloísio Queirós made a kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Aloísio Queirós recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Duda Guerra. Aloísio Queirós showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. In the 54th minute, Hélio Prata got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hélio Prata could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Duda Guerra made a huge save. Cauacu's Duda Guerra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Cauacu from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Barigui's Victor Pinheiro got a free kick in the 68th minute. When Hélio Prata came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Barigui fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hélio Prata couldn't finish the play. Aloísio Queirós received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Duda Guerra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Barigui's Moisés Godoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nilmar Salles in the 78th minute of play. In the 84thth minute of the game Aloísio Queirós who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cauacu's Duda Guerra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 85th minute, João Vítor Alagoano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Moisés Godoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexandre Tróia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Barigui getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Denílson Vieira hit a great ball. In the 90th minute of the match Elias de Souza sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Moisés Godoi skillfully saved the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Alexandre Tróia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cauacu's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexandre Tróia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Moisés Godoi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Barigui were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
