Spectators: 7229 (Terracing: 5423, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Diguinho Rodrigues started the match with the kick off. Edgar França was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 6th minute. EC Fut Zone's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. EC Fut Zone's Diguinho Rodrigues got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 14th minute Leopoldo Paiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Júlio Neves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Júlio Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo Paiva in the 18th minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Diguinho Rodrigues got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benjamin de Alcântara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Júlio Neves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, EC Fut Zone's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Paiva came free, but Júlio Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36thth minute of the game Benjamin de Alcântara who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but EC Fut Zone's Júlio Neves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the QUEIMADENSEFC defense, Edgar França kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mané Palmeira. The QUEIMADENSEFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mané Palmeira should have stopped the shot. Diguinho Rodrigues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mané Palmeira having to interfere. Edgar França came free with the goalkeeper in the 49th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mané Palmeira could save by the left post. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leopoldo Paiva stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar França in the 55th minute of play forced QUEIMADENSEFC's goalkeeper Mané Palmeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Júlio Neves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Paiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Edgar França had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the QUEIMADENSEFC defense, Edgar França kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mané Palmeira. The QUEIMADENSEFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mané Palmeira should have stopped the shot. Benjamin de Alcântara kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. If Diguinho Rodrigues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, QUEIMADENSEFC's Benjamin de Alcântara got a free kick in the 68th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Edgar França had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mané Palmeira. QUEIMADENSEFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgar França was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 75th minute of the match Nestor Furtado shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mané Palmeira showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 75th minute, Chiquinho Salles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgar França received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Mané Palmeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 78 minutes into the game, EC Fut Zone's Diguinho Rodrigues nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mané Palmeira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After a defensive mix-up in QUEIMADENSEFC's zone, Vivaldo Vander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mané Palmeira came out of the goal and Vivaldo Vander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Diguinho Rodrigues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Mané Palmeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, QUEIMADENSEFC's goal looked a bit too open when Diguinho Rodrigues came free, but Mané Palmeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benjamin de Alcântara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 95 minutes, Edgar França managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EC Fut Zone's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgar França was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
