JET STAR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Duda Cordeiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Tomás Custódio's late challenge caught a Irapiranga's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomás Custódio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 45th match minute, JET STAR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Custódio to maneuver through the defense. Rony Cerezo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duda Cordeiro in the 47th minute of the match. The JET STAR players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Irapiranga were winning 0-1.

The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Irapiranga walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
