Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Betinho Diniz during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Betinho Diniz kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Deivid Prado took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guga Pitta. Guga Pitta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 13 played minutes Carios got a freekick which was hit by Betinho Diniz. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Osvaldinho Jacinto during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Janduis booed when Carios was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldinho Jacinto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Betinho Diniz kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Guga Pitta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Deivid Prado in the 17th minute of play. Falcão Perez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mazinho Magalhães in the 28th minute. Geovani Massa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Carios players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Janduis were winning 0-1.

Deivid Prado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Guga Pitta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Geovani Massa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th match minute, Carios was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Betinho Diniz to maneuver through the defense. Osvaldinho Jacinto kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. When Diguinho Netto fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carios's protests and gave Diguinho Netto a yellow card for diving instead. Diguinho Netto hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 69th minute, Deivid Prado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 71 minutes into the match, Carios's goal looked a bit too open when Deivid Prado came free, but Guga Pitta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Janduis's goal looked a bit too open when Mazinho Magalhães came free, but Falcão Perez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Carios's zone, Deivid Prado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guga Pitta came out of the goal and Deivid Prado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Senna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Guga Pitta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Augusto Urbano kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 82nd minute Mazinho Magalhães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Falcão Perez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geovani Massa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guga Pitta having to make a save. In the 90th minute, Danilo Ferraz made a precise shot to the right of Falcão Perez. Janduis's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Falcão Perez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mazinho Magalhães in the 93rd minute of play. Janduis's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
