In the 10th minute Hílton Tande shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Germano Carioca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the game, Luisão Leal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Germano Carioca was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 16 played minutes Guará C. F. got a freekick which was hit by Isaltino Guerra. A collision led to Guará C. F. getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Isaltino Guerra hit a great ball. Wiliam Vinhas struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Adriano Barbosa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guaraciama SC. 27 minutes into the match, Guaraciama SC's goal looked a bit too open when Belmiro Esteves came free, but Germano Carioca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Guará C. F.'s goal looked a bit too open when Wiliam Vinhas came free, but Adriano Barbosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 31 minutes, Júlio das Neves mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guará C. F. and the Guaraciama SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. F. defense, Wiliam Vinhas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adriano Barbosa. The Guará C. F. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adriano Barbosa should have stopped the shot. Adriano Barbosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Pinheiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If João Pinheiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hílton Tande made a kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Luisão Leal kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Germano Carioca. That made the score 2-2 in the 55 minute of play. The supporters of Guaraciama SC booed when Guará C. F. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luisão Leal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Guará C. F.'s zone, Wiliam Vinhas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adriano Barbosa came out of the goal and Wiliam Vinhas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 72 minutes into the match, Guará C. F.'s goal looked a bit too open when João Pinheiro came free, but Adriano Barbosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Guará C. F.'s zone, Wiliam Vinhas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adriano Barbosa came out of the goal and Wiliam Vinhas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Guaraciama SC's João Pinheiro in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Guará C. F.'s goalie prevented a goal. Wiliam Vinhas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Adriano Barbosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute, João Pinheiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adriano Barbosa was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. 90 minutes into the match, Guaraciama SC's goalkeeper Germano Carioca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Belmiro Esteves. 92 minutes into the game, Luisão Leal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Germano Carioca. Luisão Leal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-3. 俞云凡 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Duarte Soares hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Júlio das Neves kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. Guaraciama SC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Guará C. F. to leave the ground with a draw.
