Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Fausto Lima made the kick off and thus started the match. Fausto Lima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Tecainda booed when Berlinque AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fausto Lima didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes into the game, Angelo Zonta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tecainda's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Berlinque AD the free kick. Angelo Zonta kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tecainda's goalkeeper Abel Vieira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vânderson Lopez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giuseppe Bittencourt in the 12th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fausto Lima in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abel Vieira saved Tecainda from getting behind. After 17 minutes of play Tecainda's Angelo Zonta was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Tecainda getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Angelo Zonta hit a great ball. Abel Vieira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Quin in the 19th minute of play. After some careless play in the Tecainda defense, Pedro Luís de Carvalho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abel Vieira. The Tecainda fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abel Vieira should have stopped the shot. After 23 played minutes Berlinque AD got a freekick which was hit by Fausto Lima. Duarte Pitta struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Vânderson Lopez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tecainda. Abel Vieira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Lima in the 26th minute of the match. Fausto Lima took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abel Vieira. Abel Vieira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Abel Vieira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fausto Lima's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Christiano Gaúcho came free with the goalkeeper in the 44th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Vânderson Lopez could save by the left post.

The wind increased when Christiano Gaúcho made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Berlinque AD's Fausto Lima ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Abel Vieira. Abel Vieira yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Fausto Lima could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Abel Vieira made a huge save. After having played for 57 minutes, Christiano Gaúcho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tecainda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christiano Gaúcho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Fausto Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fausto Lima got free with Abel Vieira in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tecainda's Abel Vieira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Tecainda from getting a goal against them. Fausto Lima received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Abel Vieira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Joaquim Matos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Berlinque AD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Abel Vieira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Luís de Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Giuseppe Bittencourt during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Tecainda's zone, Fausto Lima stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abel Vieira came out of the goal and Fausto Lima tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 92nd minute, Silvério Cosme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The attack was good, but when Fausto Lima in the 97th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. When the match was over Berlinque AD could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tecainda throughout the match.
