Ruy da Silveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Prestes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. IRON MAIDEN666's Ruy da Silveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Prestes in the 17th minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, Cristian Prestes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ruy da Silveira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Didi Marques might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leopoldo da Costa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Didi Marques ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Tarrafas SS's Luiz Fabiano Coelho got a free kick in the 34th minute. Didi Marques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Didi Marques to make the kick off. When Edmílson Cearense came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the IRON MAIDEN666 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmílson Cearense couldn't finish the play. When Telmo Santana fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tarrafas SS's protests and gave Telmo Santana a yellow card for diving instead. If Didi Marques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Didi Marques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopoldo da Costa having to interfere. In the 96th match minute, IRON MAIDEN666 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorginho Araújo to maneuver through the defense.
