Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dino Azevedo started the match with the kick off. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Minador's goalkeeper Evaristo Camargo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Edmundo Souto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Paulo Sá in the 18th minute of the match. If Caetano Tepedino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Caetano Tepedino came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Tertuliano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Caetano Tepedino couldn't finish the play. A hard shot 25 in the game by Caetano Tepedino from a close distance when the talented Evaristo Camargo managed to make a qualified save. Minador's players were relieved. Dino Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmundo Souto having to interfere. In the 30th match minute, Tertuliano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by César de Alcântara to maneuver through the defense. After 31 played minutes, Minador's Luiz Paulo Sá shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edmundo Souto came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Minador reached it. In the last second Evaristo Camargo throw himself and got hold of the ball when Caetano Tepedino in the 36thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. A collision led to Minador getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Tomás Moura hit a great ball. The Tertuliano fans' excitement grew in the 43rd match minute when Tertuliano's Caetano Tepedino looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 48th minute Tomás Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmundo Souto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Caetano Tepedino made a kick off. After 51 minutes of play, Tertuliano's Willian Rosa made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Evaristo Camargo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dino Azevedo hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Caetano Tepedino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Evaristo Camargo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Willian Rosa came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Tertuliano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Willian Rosa couldn't finish the play. After having played for 63 minutes, Dino Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Minador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dino Azevedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 65th minute, Ezequiel Paraibano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute, Caetano Tepedino made a precise shot to the right of Evaristo Camargo. Minador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Caetano Tepedino took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Evaristo Camargo. Evaristo Camargo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Edmundo Souto acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 82nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ezequiel Paraibano. Narciso Pinho made in the 83rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Tertuliano's Ulisses de Amaral. Caetano Tepedino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Evaristo Camargo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Evaristo Camargo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caetano Tepedino in the 89th minute of the match. Caetano Tepedino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
