Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) Carice SS's Diego Severo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elói Félix in the 3rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cavalinho's Nicolas de Amaral got a free kick in the 4th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Cavalinho's zone, Dário Vinhas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Paulo Moura came out of the goal and Dário Vinhas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chiquinho Neiva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 7th minute, Lúcio Maia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 10th minute of the match Carice SS got a corner. Cavalinho's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luiz Gustavo Simão ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Dário Vinhas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Zé Paulo Moura quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 14 minutes into the match, Carice SS's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas de Amaral came free, but Diego Severo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Toninho Esteves's late challenge caught a Cavalinho's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Toninho Esteves helped the player get up and apologised. In the 17th minute, one of Carice SS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Carice SS. The referee gave Cavalinho a penalty, 19 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Geovanni Sarmento, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Carice SS's Diego Severo. 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dário Vinhas got free with Zé Paulo Moura in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Chiquinho Neiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute, Geovanni Sarmento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 29 minutes, Mito Sadam made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Carice SS's Diego Severo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 32 minutes, Lúcio Maia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cavalinho's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lúcio Maia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mito Sadam scored 0-3 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Diego Severo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Benê Miranda might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Diego Severo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benê Miranda ran back to his position shaking his head. After 39 minutes, João Vítor Baptista mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carice SS and the Cavalinho players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 39th minute, one of Carice SS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Carice SS. Diego Severo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Léo Barral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 47 minutes of play, Cavalinho's Benê Miranda made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Diego Severo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Diego Severo came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Cavalinho's Mito Sadam. But to his dismay, Mito Sadam quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. The audience thought a goal was coming when Léo Barral got free with Diego Severo in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Léo Barral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Severo having to interfere. Diego Severo made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Mito Sadam sent off a good shot on target. In the 71st minute Adalberto Quirino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Paulo Moura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elói Félix in the 73rd minute of play forced Carice SS's goalkeeper Diego Severo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chiquinho Neiva in the 74th minute of play forced Cavalinho's goalkeeper Zé Paulo Moura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute Benê Miranda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Severo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Léo Barral could shoot a difficult shot in the 82nd minute, which Diego Severo however easily saved by the left post. Dráuzio Rezende hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Cavalinho's Mito Sadam got a free kick in the 84th minute. After 85 played minutes Cavalinho got a freekick which was hit by Nicolas de Amaral. A collision led to Carice SS getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Dário Vinhas hit a great ball. Rodriguinho Breckenfeld sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mito Sadams short, quick shot in the 92ndth minute got Diego Severo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Rodriguinho Breckenfeld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Cavalinho left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Carice SS.
