The supporters of Blue Lock booed when Pontalinda SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eriberto Luz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th match minute, Pontalinda SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Belchior Neves to maneuver through the defense. José Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giuseppe de Carvalho in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Loureiro in the 15th minute of play forced Blue Lock's goalkeeper José Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Pontalinda SC's Andrézinho Fernandez got a free kick in the 16th minute. Blue Lock's José Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrézinho Fernandez in the 19th minute of play. Pontalinda SC's Pedro Fernandes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Pontalinda SC from getting a goal against them. In the 22nd minute Belchior Neves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Fernando Paulista's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Fernandes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. José Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrézinho Fernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 30 minutes, Carlos Fernando Paulista made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Pontalinda SC's Pedro Fernandes tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Pontalinda SC booed when Blue Lock was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arthur Zonta didn't get a good kick on the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carlos Fernando Paulista made a kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Andrézinho Fernandez could shoot a difficult shot in the 52nd minute, which José Santos however easily saved by the left post. Pedro Fernandes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Fernando Paulista, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After 57th play minutes Carlos Fernando Paulista shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Pedro Fernandes and just under the crossbar into goal. Pedro Fernandes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlos Fernando Paulista's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. The supporters of Blue Lock booed when Pontalinda SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrézinho Fernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Blue Lock defense, Nico Rosado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of José Santos. The Blue Lock fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that José Santos should have stopped the shot. José Santos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonel Loureiro in the 72nd minute. 74 minutes into the game, Giuseppe de Carvalho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. José Santos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Angelo Ortiz charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After 85 minutes of play, Pontalinda SC's Belchior Neves made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. José Santos was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Fernando Paulista in the 88th minute of play forced Pontalinda SC's goalkeeper Pedro Fernandes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonel Loureiro scored 2-4 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of José Santos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
