Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ronaldão Sergipano started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldão Sergipano in the 21st minute of play forced TradePro SC's goalkeeper Dorival Marquez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ediberto Recife fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aloísio Travassos having to interfere. Aloísio Travassos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Recife in the 25th minute of the match. Dorival Marquez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldão Sergipano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 35 played minutes SadTeam got a freekick which was hit by Ronaldão Sergipano. Yuri Ferreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorival Marquez having to interfere. Ediberto Recife received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Aloísio Travassos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, SadTeam's Enio Neiva got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in SadTeam's zone, Ediberto Recife stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aloísio Travassos came out of the goal and Ediberto Recife tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, SadTeam's Maurício Montenegro got a free kick in the 45th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vinícius Recife during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in SadTeam fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 46th minute. Penalty! After the first half TradePro SC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ediberto Recife stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Yuri Ferreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Dorival Marquez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 57thth minute of the game Yuri Ferreira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TradePro SC's Dorival Marquez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ronaldão Sergipano in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dorival Marquez saved TradePro SC from getting behind. Ronaldão Sergipano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lenílson Sanches during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 67th minute, one of SadTeam:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SadTeam. Yuri Ferreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Dorival Marquez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ronaldão Sergipano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to TradePro SC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Thiago Melo hit a great ball. In the 78th minute of the match Vinícius Recife shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dorival Marquez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Yuri Ferreira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dorival Marquez was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. After 81 played minutes TradePro SC got a freekick which was hit by Benedito Mattos. After having played for 82 minutes, Yuri Ferreira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SadTeam's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yuri Ferreira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, SadTeam's Aloísio Travassos got control of the ball when Fausto Recife tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dorival Marquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yuri Ferreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Dito de Godoi's late challenge caught a SadTeam's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dito de Godoi helped the player get up and apologised. After some careless play in the TradePro SC defense, Yuri Ferreira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dorival Marquez. The TradePro SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dorival Marquez should have stopped the shot. Dorival Marquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldão Sergipano, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Dorival Marquez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ronaldão Sergipano's shot from short distance in the 99th minute. Ronaldão Sergipano took the ball and in the 101 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dorival Marquez. Dorival Marquez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the SadTeam players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
