With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oséias Botelho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 14 minutes of play, Bulls's Durvalino de Andrade made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oséias Botelho was left in no man's land by his defense there! Curtume AD's Oséias Botelho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kauan de Lara in the 18th minute of play. In the 19thth minute of the game Armando Peixoto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Curtume AD's Oséias Botelho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 25th minute, Durvalino de Andrade ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oséias Botelho was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 30th minute, Durvalino de Andrade got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Evaristo Donato made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Ricardo Amaral sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Durvalino de Andrade in the 36th minute of play forced Curtume AD's goalkeeper Oséias Botelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Evaristo Donato made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Wilian Nascimento sent off a good shot on target. The wind increased when Conrado Paiva made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Curtume AD booed when Bulls was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Fabiano Vinhas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th minute, Armando Peixoto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oséias Botelho was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Evaristo Donato made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Amaral in the 70th minute of play. In the 75th minute, Kauan de Lara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 79th match minute, Curtume AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Júlio Paranaense to maneuver through the defense. Bulls's Nando de Brito got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Elói de Toledo came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Bulls fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elói de Toledo couldn't finish the play. Bulls's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
