Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Luiz Guilherme de Queiroz started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Quirambu's Ediberto Pimenta got a free kick in the 2nd minute. After 12 minutes, Emílio Macedo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pedreiro SS and the Quirambu players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Pedreiro SS's Emílio Macedo got a free kick in the 12th minute. When Enéas Pinheiro came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Pedreiro SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enéas Pinheiro couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Quirambu's Romeu Fernandes got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 29th minute, Emílio Macedo made a precise shot to the right of Ramón de Brito. Quirambu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Quirambu's Júlio Sarmento got a free kick in the 31st minute. Enéas Pinheiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ramón de Brito read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. In the 61st minute of the match, Ediberto Pimenta got a very nice opportunity to score, but Marcus Azevedo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Marcus Azevedo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luiz Guilherme de Queiroz's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Ramón de Brito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enéas Pinheiro in the 66th minute of play. A collision led to Pedreiro SS getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Emílio Macedo hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dráuzio Souto during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dráuzio Souto kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Pedreiro SS's Percival Azevedo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Aluísio Goiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Luiz Guilherme de Queiroz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcus Azevedo was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Aluísio Goiano managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 93rd match minute, Pedreiro SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emílio Macedo to maneuver through the defense. 94 minutes into the match, Quirambu's Sidnei Cardozo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After having played for 96 minutes, Ediberto Pimenta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quirambu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ediberto Pimenta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
